I did it!!

Today i went for my first gym workout in 3 1/2 years!
I got my key yesterday and made the time to go this morning :) my program isn't ready yet so i didn't know how to use any of the machines, but went and worked my ass off on the elliptical trainer. i used to be able to do 20-30 mins no sweat but was pretty damn proud of my 15 and then 10 minutes bursts today :) 260 calories burnt in 25 mins is pretty good in my book!
I am not a sweater, never have been but man oh man did i sweat today!

today is day 5 of the healthy eating regime to and i am doing really well :) today is the first day i have managed to not let a crumb of gluten pass my lips. Each day this week i have snuck a bite of a muffin or a fork of noodles etc, but not today!!! MAJOUR hurdle to overcome for me :)

Day 1 and day 2

So im almost at the end of day 2.

Yesterday went really well!
i went back to my breakfast smoothie instead of toast and then my family and i went for a big walk to the river and back again. about 70mins walking all up i think. We had a picnic lunch down there and i had my fav rice crackers in the world SAKATA balsamic vinegar and roast tomato flavour, with shaved ham, cheese and cherry tomatoes :)

Dinner was where i came undone a little. Dreaded AF turned up in the afternoon and i was all sore and crampy and Rob was on dinner patrol. we tried out a new gluten free pasta we hadn't tried before and teamed it with olive oil, slow roasted cherry toms and garlic/onion/basil. topped it off with my fav Minoo lemon sorbet. because i wasn't feeling well i didn't work out the calories until AFTER i had ate it, and the new type of pasta had HUGE calories. so i was 140c over yesterday. wont be having that pasta again, or will be having a way smaller portion than normal next time.

The scales were very good to me this morning anyway though! the 400g Ive gained in the past month has disappeared, even though i have AF at the moment and am all bloaty!

Today i have been good, breakfast smoothie for breakfast, apple and water for morning tea, crackers with ham cheese and tomato for lunch, and will be having Thai green curry ( homemade) for dinner :) my only down fall was an oreo with my coffee at afternoon ea time (DAMMIT) i couldn't resist it in the cupboard, even though i knew it had gluten in it and was bad for me. but onwards and upwards!

Goals

Here are my weight loss goals for the year

1. Hit 5 kgs lost at 81.4
2. Get rid of the 80's from my scales! For Good!
3. Loose 10kgs at 76.4
4. Loose 15kgs at 71.4
5.Hit 70kgs and fit my gorgeous designer dresses
6. Welcome in the 60's
7. Hit 20kgs lost at 66.4
8. Hit 25kgs lost at 61.4
9. Hit goal weight at 60kgs !!!
10. Maintain for 2 months

And the rewards i will give myself when i get there

1. New nail polish
2. New Vamp book
3. Get a facial.
4. Buy my first pair of jeans in 4 years!
5. Go out somewhere flash in one of my dresses.
6. Buy some luxury yarn.
7.Sexy new underwear set
8. Buy a dress from Pin Up Girl Clothing
9. Pin Up photo shoot with Miss-T Pin-ups
10. Get my first TATTOO!!!!

Lets start at the very begining...

.....a very good place to start.

Well here i am. Embarking on this journey for the billionth time, but the last time.
I am very to get fit, to get healthy, and to get my sexy back.
I am tired of feeling horrible, self conscious and unmotivated.
I'm tired of having nothing to wear, yet a closet full of gorgeous clothes that are too small.
I'm tired of being the "fat chick" amongst my friends.
I'm tired of feeling guilty about how little exercise i do and what i put in my mouth.

So it all changes here.

I am gluten intolerant and yet i have been binging myself with gluten for the past few weeks. Enough is enough i am ready to do this.
